Tobias Coleman - Helping Mississippians for over 22 years

For over 22 years I have guided Mississippians through the court systems of this state.  During that time, I have helped individuals from all walks of life.  I have witnessed, experienced and come to appreciate the many types of financial challenges that individuals face.

My practice is focused on individuals who are at odds with debt collectors, banks and other creditors.  I run a local office where I work directly with all of my clients.  We accept a limited number of cases so that I can spend more time working for you rather than having a secretary or paralegal do most of the work. We do not use associates to attend hearings.  I appear with you personally.  This allows me to adopt a strategy unique to your individual circumstances rather than using a one size fits all approach.

My passion for bankruptcy law flows from the prospect of helping a client take their financial challenges head on.  I get excited about the idea of helping individuals escape from the overwhelming burden of debt. Helping other Mississippians is my work and passion.
