About Toby Coleman

I am a lawyer who has practiced in Mississippi for over 20 years. I focus on representing individuals who are at odds with debt collectors, banks and other creditors. I run a local office where I work directly with all of my clients. We accept a limited number of cases so that I can spend more time working for you rather than having a paralegal or secretary do most of the work. This allows me to adopt a strategy unique to your individual circumstances rather than using a one size fits all approach.
